• Installing fan-based systems that actively reduce radon levels within the home.

• This technique relies on negative pressure applied from our system to pull that radon gas from under the slab. 

• Pricing starts @ $1,395, with additional upgrades at the customer's request, such as painting and upgrading the exterior exhaust piping to a downspout/Gutter material.

• Installation takes 3-5 hours on average. 

• We leave you with a third-party activated charcoal test kit for post-testing.

• Installation of Passive Radon Mitigation Systems

• Installing systems that rely on natural air pressure differences to reduce radon levels.

• Passive systems have no fan, but are piped in a way where, if a fan is needed in the future, it can easily be added in the attic.

• Passive systems are most effective in well-sealed energy-efficient homes, with low air exchange rates.

• Crawlspace Encapsulation / Vapor Intrusion Services

• Crawlspaces are one of the biggest radon entry points in a home.

• The exposed dirt or gravel acts as a sponge, letting radon gas rise directly into the living space.

• We use a 6 mil heavy-duty vapor barrier plastic and use spray adhesives to adhere to your foundation wall and tape all seams, making it so no gas can escape.

• Designing passive and active radon mitigation systems tailored to the building’s structure.

• Radon-Resistant Construction Techniques

• Incorporating radon-resistant features during construction, such as gas-permeable layers, plastic sheeting, and sealing.
